Your primary responsibilities
Your daily life will be characterized by both daily, operational tasks and development-oriented tasks/projects.
Daily operational tasks (80%)
You will be assigned to your own departments, where you will act as a strong, value-creating sparring partner for managers and a trusted go-to person for employees. Tasks may consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Coach and advise managers on all aspects related to HR law, leadership, motivation, performance, organizational development, difficult conversations, development, etc.
- Support and advise employees on all questions and challenges related to development, mental health, employee benefits, collaboration, contractual relations, etc.
- Recruit primarily technical specialists/support functions in close collaboration with the hiring manager, as well as ensuring all tasks associated with an employee lifecycle (contractual documents, on/offboarding, development, etc.)
- Ensure that annual performance reviews are held and create value for the organization. Analyze needs and arrange training based on related action plans.
Development-oriented tasks/projects (20%)
These tasks take place in close collaboration with the rest of the People & Culture team, and especially with the Head of Group People & Culture:
- Develop and implement succession and workforce planning programs that ensure long-term talent development and staffing strategy
- Design and implement targeted training and mentoring programs that strengthen our new leaders' competencies and ensure a strong leadership culture from the start
- Develop processes for analyzing training needs and systematically recording and evaluating completed training.
- Implement the global People & Culture strategy locally in Denmark, and prepare a local HR strategy that supports managers in achieving their business goals.
- We hold satisfaction surveys globally every two years, and you will ensure that they create value for the organization: Ensure that all Danish managers receive sparring on their data, are supported in leadership development, are held engaging department meetings and are put together with their employees to create action plans.
- Drive larger HR projects together with the team. Currently, one of our HR consultants is working on developing a job architecture with built-in career paths, which will be linked to a salary benchmarking model including employee benefits. The other HR consultant is working on purchasing and implementing a new HRIS.
- In general, ensure continuous improvement of our HR processes, systems and collaboration
